Congenital Cholesteatoma in the PontocerebellarAngle
Kongenitálny cholesteatómv pontocerebelárnom uhle
V práci prezentujeme kazuistiku pacienta s kongenitálnym cholesteatómom v pontocerebelárnom uhle. V klinickom obraze prevládala neuralgia n. trigeminus.

In the clinical picture predominated neuralgia of the trigeminal nerve. The lesion was extirpated by a translabyrinthine approach. The conclusion of the histologicalexamination was cholesteatoma. In the discussion the authors deal in more detail with the problemwith special emphasis on the clinical picture, importance of imaging methods - CT and NMR - andthe strategy of surgical treatment.
