Classification of Dysarthrias from the Neurophysiological Aspect
Klasifikace dysarthriíz neurofyziologického hlediska
Autoři se v úvodu svého souborného referátu zabývají historickým vývojem nazírání nadysarthrie jako poruchu motorické realizace řeči a předkládají čtenáři řadu klasifikací dysarthriíz klinického i neurofyziologického hlediska. Zastávají přitom názor, že neurofyziologické hlediskovzniku dysarthrií musí být plně respektováno. Některá teoretická dělení však ztrácejí na přehlednostipro klinickou praxi. Proto navrhují vlastní klasifikaci, která spočívá v dělení dysarthrií naspastickou, extrapyramidovou, mozečkovou a bulbární s respektováním lokalizace jejich vzniku.Navrhované schéma má tu výhodu, že plně respektuje neurofyizologický podklad vzniku onemocněnía zároveň umožňuje dobrou orientaci pro účely léčebné, kdy léčba má převážně rehabilitačnícharakter.

The authors discuss in the introduction of their review the historical development ofviews on dysarthrias as impaired motor disorder of speech and submit to the reader variousclassifications of dysarthrias from the clinical and neurophysiological aspect. In their opinion theneurophysiological aspect of the development of dysarthrias must be fully respected. Some theoreticalclassifications are not sufficiently systematic for clinical practice. The authors submit thereforetheir own classification which implies classification into spastic dysarthria, extrapyramidal,cerebellar and bulbar dysarthria, respecting the site of its origin. The suggested pattern has theadvantage that it fully respects the neurophysiological basis of the genesis of the disease and at thesame time makes orientation for therapeutic purposes possible where treatment has a predominantlyrehabilitation character.
