Overview
It has been given a big importance to spend years after graduation in an environment which provides high quality education. Nowadays, it is well known, that positive encouragement, support from the team and work – life balance augment a trainee’s successful professional development. In this article, we explain the training scheme in Great Britain, which every trainee needs to complete in order to become a Consultant. Each level is described in a separate chapter. We have avoided too much detail and focused on the main relevant points for each stage in the career pathway to becoming an ENT Consultant.
