Unusual Cause of Relapsing Laryngotracheobronchitis
Neobyčajná príčina recidivujúcejlaryngotracheobronchitídy
Autor popisuje prípad chronického cudzieho telesa v ezofágu u 33mesačného dieťaťa, ktoréod 15. mesiaca života, keď došlo ku akútnej príhode, malo recidívy laryngitíd a tracheobronchitíd,väčšinou afebrilných. Napriek opakovanej antibiotickej liečbe nedochádzalo k zlepšeniu a až otola-ryngológom indikované endoskopické vyšetrenie zistilo príčinu v podobe zaklíneného umelohmot-ného gombíka na rozhraní hornej a strednej tretiny ezofágu.
