Lipomy se vyskytují v oblasti nosohltanu velice vzácně. Autoři popisují případ 68letéhopacienta s lipomem v nosohltanu. Nádor byl odstraněn po částech z transorálního přístupu, pacientje čtyři roky po zákroku bez známek recidivy nádoru.

Lipomas in the area of the nasopharynx are very rare. The authors describe the caseof a 68-year-old patient with a lipoma of the nasopharynx. The tumour was removed in parts froma transoral approach. The patient is now, four years after operation, without signs of relapse of thetumour.
