Overview
Mesenchymal tumors, the group where leiomyosarcoma belongs are very rare tumors of larynx. In this article we report a case of 72 - year old male, admitted to our department with hoarseness and stridor. After the management of respiratory distress – tracheostomy and further diagnostic – an obturating leiomyosarcoma of larynx was discovered, patient underwent total laryngectomy without any subsequent other treatment.
