Overview
Xanthogranuloma is a rare, chronic multi-organ disease that is most often clinically presenting with multiple nodular skin infiltrates (in the head and neck usually periorbital), other organs are affected very rarely. In case report we present a rare case of extensive xanthogranuloma of supraclavicular region which was successfully solved surgically in our department. Histopathological examination after original diagnostic uncertainties was surprising.
