Overview
Neuroendocrine tumors are rare tumors with different oncological potential, prognosis, and varied symptomatology. They are most often detected in the gastrointestinal tract and in the lungs. Authors present 2 patients with neuroendocrine carcinoma of the larynx who were treated at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, FD Roosevelt Faculty Hospital, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. Management of patients with this rare disease is discussed.
